configuration.yaml loads themes from the themes/ directory, so the
theme in the root themes.yaml was never picked up.

zmeelandClaude Opus 5.5 16c3d54bdf Add Mobiel dashboard with EV charging view 
Track .storage/lovelace.dashboard_lichten (the rest of .storage stays
ignored). The auto view now shows car and charger status, energy flows
and charging costs with ERE certificates.
